Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. If that happens we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. 

Our team is available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment another patient may lose an opportunity to be seen by our team. Please be conscious of this when scheduling your appointments. 

As of May 1, 2025 appointments canceled without 24 hours notice are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. This policy allows us to best serve the needs of all of our patients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
